Wide Grip Seated Row – Cable
- Adjust the cable machine to a low setting and attach a wide grip handle to the cable.
 - Sit on the seat with your feet flat on the floor and your knees slightly bent.
 - Grab the handle with an overhand grip, hands wider than shoulder-width apart.
 - Keep your back straight and lean slightly forward from the hips.
 - Pull the handle towards your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
 - Pause for a moment, then slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
