V-Up
- Start by lying on your back with your arms extended above your head and your legs straight out in front of you.
 - Engage your core muscles and lift your legs up to a 45-degree angle while simultaneously lifting your upper body off the ground.
 - Reach your arms forward and try to touch your toes with your fingertips.
 - Hold the position long enough to flex your abdominal muscles, then slowly lower your body back down to the starting position.
 - Repeat.
