Twist – Cable
- Stand with your left foot in front of your right, knees slightly bent, facing away from the cable machine.
 - Rotate and reach to your right, behind you, and grab the cable handle with both hands. Your left arm should be straight across your body and behind you.
 - Rotate your torso left until you're facing forward, pulling the cable across your body.
 - Pause briefly at the end of the movement, then slowly rotate back to the starting position.
 - Repeat for the desired number of reps and then switch sides.
