Standing Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Press
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grip the barbell with a wide snatch grip.
 - Position the barbell behind your neck, resting it on your upper traps.
 - Engage your core and keep your back straight.
 - Press the barbell overhead by extending your arms and pushing the weight up.
 - Lock out your elbows at the top of the movement.
 - Lower the barbell back down to the starting position behind your neck.
 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
