Standing Cable Leg Curl
- Stand facing a cable machine with your feet hip-width apart.
 - Attach an ankle cuff to your right ankle.
 - Hold onto the machine for support and balance.
 - Bend your right knee and bring your heel towards your glutes, keeping your upper leg stationary.
 - Squeeze your hamstring at the top of the movement.
 - Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position.
 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
 - Switch sides and perform the exercise with your left leg.
