Skull Crusher – Cable with Rope
- Begin by setting a flat bench in front of a cable machine with a low pulley.
 - Lie down on the bench with your head closest to the cable machine.
 - Grab the rope with an overhand grip, arms fully extended above your forehead. This is your starting position.
 - Ensure your elbows are shoulder-width apart and remain in a fixed position throughout the exercise.
 - Engage your core as you slowly lower the rope towards your forehead by bending your elbows.
 - Pause briefly once the rope is close to your forehead.
 - Press back to the starting position by extending your elbows and contracting your triceps.
 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
