Rotational Throw – Medicine Ball
- Start by standing about arms-length away from the wall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
 - Hold a medicine ball with both hands at chest height.
 - Rotating your core and upper body towards the wall, explosively throw the ball against the wall.
 - Catch the ball as it rebounds off the wall and rotate your body away from the wall.
 - Repeat for the desired number of reps and then switch sides.
