Overhead Tricep Extension – Cable With Rope
- Attach a rope to a cable machine at a low setting.
 - Face the machine and grab the rope with an overhand grip.
 - Step back to create tension in the cable and keep your feet shoulder-width apart.
 - Keep your elbows close to your head and your upper arms stationary.
 - Extend your forearms down until your arms are fully extended.
 - Pause for a moment and then slowly return to the starting position.
 - Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
