Overhead Tricep Extension – Bodyweight
- Set a stationary bar (ex. Smith Machine) at hip height
 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width, lean forward, and grab the bar with your arms in front of you.
 - Bend your elbows and lower your head forward and below the bar. Keep your elbows close to your ears.
 - Squeeze your triceps to extend your arms to the starting position.
 - Repeat.
