One-Handed Lateral Raise – Cable
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
 - Hold the cable handle in one hand with an overhand grip.
 - Keep your arm straight and your palm facing down.
 - Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine.
 - Exhale and slowly lift your arm out to the side until it reaches shoulder level.
 - Pause for a moment and squeeze your shoulder muscles.
 - Inhale and slowly lower your arm back down to the starting position.
 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
 - Switch sides and perform the exercise with the other arm.
