One-Handed Bayesian Curl – Cable

  1. Stand facing away from a cable machine with the pulley set to the lowest height.
  2. Select an appropriate weight on the machine for your fitness level.
  3. Grip the handle attached to the cable with one hand, your palm facing forward.
  4. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, and shoulders back.
  5. Curl the handle towards your chest, focusing on contracting the biceps while keeping your elbow stationary and close to your body.
  6. Pause at the top of the curl to squeeze the bicep muscle intensely.
  7. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position, controlling the movement throughout the descent.
  8. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
