One-Handed Bayesian Curl – Cable
- Stand facing away from a cable machine with the pulley set to the lowest height.
 - Select an appropriate weight on the machine for your fitness level.
 - Grip the handle attached to the cable with one hand, your palm facing forward.
 - Keep your feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, and shoulders back.
 - Curl the handle towards your chest, focusing on contracting the biceps while keeping your elbow stationary and close to your body.
 - Pause at the top of the curl to squeeze the bicep muscle intensely.
 - Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position, controlling the movement throughout the descent.
