Horn Grip Bicep Curl – Kettlebell

  1. Choose an appropriate kettlebell weight. Hold it by the horns (sides of the handle) with both hands, palms facing each other. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. This is your starting position.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your torso and slowly curl the kettlebell up towards your chest by bending your elbows.
  3. Keep your upper arms stationary and only move your forearms.
  4. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
