Horn Grip Bicep Curl – Kettlebell
- Choose an appropriate kettlebell weight. Hold it by the horns (sides of the handle) with both hands, palms facing each other. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. This is your starting position.
 - Keep your elbows close to your torso and slowly curl the kettlebell up towards your chest by bending your elbows.
 - Keep your upper arms stationary and only move your forearms.
 - Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
 - Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
