Close Grip Seated Row
- Adjust the cable machine to the appropriate weight and attach a V-bar handle to the cable.
 - Sit on the machine with your feet flat on the footrests and your knees slightly bent.
 - Grasp the V-bar handle with an overhand grip, with your hands close together.
 - Keep your back straight and your shoulders down and back.
 - Pull the V-bar handle towards your abdomen, keeping your elbows close to your body.
 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
 - Slowly release the handle back to the starting position.
 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
