Chest Press – Cable
- Adjust the cable machine to chest height and attach the handles to the cables.
 - Stand facing away from the machine and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
 - Step forward to create tension in the cables and position your feet shoulder-width apart.
 - Engage your core and keep your chest up as you push the handles forward until your arms are fully extended.
 - Hold the position for a moment and then slowly release the handles back to the starting position.
 - Repeat.
