Cable Curl – Rope
- Attach a rope to a low pulley cable machine.
 - Stand facing the machine with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
 - Grasp the rope with an underhand grip, palms facing each other.
 - Keep elbows close to your sides and curl the rope towards your shoulders.
 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the rope back to the starting position.
 - Repeat.
