Arnold Press
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand and sit or stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
 - Start with your arms bent so that your palms face your body and the dumbbells are at shoulder height.
 - As you press the dumbbells overhead, rotate your palms to face forward.
 - Continue to press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended.
 - Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position, rotating your palms back to face your body as you do so.
 - Repeat.
