Alternating Tall Kneeling Arnold Press – Hand Weights

  1. Choose a pair of appropriate weights: dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.
  2. Kneel on the ground with both knees, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
  3. Hold the dumbbells in front of you at shoulder height, elbows bent, and palms facing your face. This is your starting position.
  4. Rotate one arm outward, so your palm faces forward, and press the dumbbell overhead.
  5. Bring the dumbbell back to the starting position while simultaneously rotating the other arm and pressing the dumbbell overhead.
  6. Continue alternating arms, pressing one dumbbell overhead at a time.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
