Alternating Tall Kneeling Arnold Press – Hand Weights
- Choose a pair of appropriate weights: dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.
 - Kneel on the ground with both knees, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
 - Hold the dumbbells in front of you at shoulder height, elbows bent, and palms facing your face. This is your starting position.
 - Rotate one arm outward, so your palm faces forward, and press the dumbbell overhead.
 - Bring the dumbbell back to the starting position while simultaneously rotating the other arm and pressing the dumbbell overhead.
 - Continue alternating arms, pressing one dumbbell overhead at a time.
 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
