Wide Grip Seated Row – Cable

  1. Adjust the cable machine to a low setting and attach a wide grip handle to the cable.
  2. Sit on the seat with your feet flat on the floor and your knees slightly bent.
  3. Grab the handle with an overhand grip, hands wider than shoulder-width apart.
  4. Keep your back straight and lean slightly forward from the hips.
  5. Pull the handle towards your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  6. Pause for a moment, then slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
