Twist – Cable

  1. Stand with your left foot in front of your right, knees slightly bent, facing away from the cable machine.
  2. Rotate and reach to your right, behind you, and grab the cable handle with both hands. Your left arm should be straight across your body and behind you.
  3. Rotate your torso left until you're facing forward, pulling the cable across your body.
  4. Pause briefly at the end of the movement, then slowly rotate back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps and then switch sides.
