Towel Pull-Up

  1. Find a sturdy horizontal bar that can support your body weight.
  2. Fold a single large towel or two hand towels in half and drape them over the bar.
  3. Grab the ends of the towel with both hands, palms facing each other.
  4. Hang from the bar with your arms fully extended and your feet off the ground.
  5. Pull yourself up towards the bar by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  6. Pause at the top of the movement, with your chin above the bar.
  7. Lower yourself back down to the starting position with control.
  8. Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
