Supinated Grip Lat Pulldown
- Adjust the weight on the lat pulldown machine to a comfortable level.
- Stand facing the machine and grasp the bar with an underhand grip, with your hands shoulder-width apart.
- Sit down on the bench and adjust the knee pad so that it fits snugly against your thighs.
- Lean back slightly and keep your chest up and your shoulders down.
- Exhale and pull the bar down towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Pause for a moment and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Inhale and slowly release the bar back to the starting position, keeping your arms straight but not locked.
- Repeat.
