Standing Cable Leg Curl

  1. Stand facing a cable machine with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Attach an ankle cuff to your right ankle.
  3. Hold onto the machine for support and balance.
  4. Bend your right knee and bring your heel towards your glutes, keeping your upper leg stationary.
  5. Squeeze your hamstring at the top of the movement.
  6. Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
  8. Switch sides and perform the exercise with your left leg.
