Skull Crusher – Cable with Rope

  1. Begin by setting a flat bench in front of a cable machine with a low pulley.
  2. Lie down on the bench with your head closest to the cable machine.
  3. Grab the rope with an overhand grip, arms fully extended above your forehead. This is your starting position.
  4. Ensure your elbows are shoulder-width apart and remain in a fixed position throughout the exercise.
  5. Engage your core as you slowly lower the rope towards your forehead by bending your elbows.
  6. Pause briefly once the rope is close to your forehead.
  7. Press back to the starting position by extending your elbows and contracting your triceps.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
