Seated Leg Curl
- Adjust the machine to fit your body size and leg length.
- Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest and your legs straight out in front of you.
- Place your ankles over the padded bar and grasp the handles on the sides of the seat for support.
- Bend your knees and curl your legs towards your buttocks, keeping your back straight and your feet flexed.
- Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, then slowly straighten your legs back to the starting position.
- Repeat.
