Seated Leg Curl

  1. Adjust the machine to fit your body size and leg length.
  2. Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest and your legs straight out in front of you.
  3. Place your ankles over the padded bar and grasp the handles on the sides of the seat for support.
  4. Bend your knees and curl your legs towards your buttocks, keeping your back straight and your feet flexed.
  5. Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, then slowly straighten your legs back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
