- Slowly raise your heels by extending your ankles as far as possible while keeping your toes on the foot platform.
- Hold the contracted position for a brief moment, feeling the stretch in your calves.
- Lower your heels back down to the starting position, allowing your calves to stretch.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
