- Begin by placing a medicine ball on the floor in front of you.
- Assume a push-up position by getting into a plank, with your hands shoulder-width apart and feet extended back.
- Position one hand on the center of the medicine ball, while the other remains on the floor, keeping your body straight and core engaged.
- Perform a push-up, lowering your chest to the floor while maintaining balance and stability on the ball.
- Push back up to the starting position, keeping your body in a straight line.
- Carefully roll the medicine ball across to the other hand while remaining in the plank position.
- Place your opposite hand on the medicine ball and stabilize your body.
- Repeat the push-up with the medicine ball under the other hand.
- Continue alternating hands after each push-up for the desired number of repetitions or sets.
