Rolling Push-Up – Medicine Ball

  1. Begin by placing a medicine ball on the floor in front of you.
  2. Assume a push-up position by getting into a plank, with your hands shoulder-width apart and feet extended back.
  3. Position one hand on the center of the medicine ball, while the other remains on the floor, keeping your body straight and core engaged.
  4. Perform a push-up, lowering your chest to the floor while maintaining balance and stability on the ball.
  5. Push back up to the starting position, keeping your body in a straight line.
  6. Carefully roll the medicine ball across to the other hand while remaining in the plank position.
  7. Place your opposite hand on the medicine ball and stabilize your body.
  8. Repeat the push-up with the medicine ball under the other hand.
  9. Continue alternating hands after each push-up for the desired number of repetitions or sets.
