Pull-Apart – Band

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance band with both hands.
  2. Extend your arms straight out in front of you, keeping your palms facing down.
  3. Begin pulling the band apart by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Continue pulling until your hands are at shoulder height and the band is stretched tight.
  5. Hold for a moment, then slowly release the tension and return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
