Preacher Curl – Dumbbell

  1. Adjust the preacher bench to the appropriate height and secure the weight plate at the bottom.
  2. Choose the appropriate dumbbell weight and sit on the preacher bench with your chest against the pad and your arms extended over the pad.
  3. Grasp the dumbbell with an underhand grip and curl it towards your shoulders, keeping your upper arms stationary against the pad.
  4. Pause at the top of the movement and squeeze your biceps.
  5. Lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
