Preacher Curl – Dumbbell
- Adjust the preacher bench to the appropriate height and secure the weight plate at the bottom.
- Choose the appropriate dumbbell weight and sit on the preacher bench with your chest against the pad and your arms extended over the pad.
- Grasp the dumbbell with an underhand grip and curl it towards your shoulders, keeping your upper arms stationary against the pad.
- Pause at the top of the movement and squeeze your biceps.
- Lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
