Overhead Tricep Extension – Machine
- Adjust the seat height so your arms comfortably reach the handles with your elbows at a 90-degree angle.
- Sit down on the machine bench and grasp the handles with your palms facing each other.
- Keep your elbows close to your head and your back flat against the pad throughout the exercise.
- Exhale and extend your arms, pushing the handles overhead until your arms are fully extended but not locked.
- Pause momentarily at the top of the movement, focusing on contracting your triceps.
- Inhale as you slowly lower the handles back to the starting position, maintaining control and tension on the triceps.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
