Overhead Tricep Extension – Machine

  1. Adjust the seat height so your arms comfortably reach the handles with your elbows at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Sit down on the machine bench and grasp the handles with your palms facing each other.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your head and your back flat against the pad throughout the exercise.
  4. Exhale and extend your arms, pushing the handles overhead until your arms are fully extended but not locked.
  5. Pause momentarily at the top of the movement, focusing on contracting your triceps.
  6. Inhale as you slowly lower the handles back to the starting position, maintaining control and tension on the triceps.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
