- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in one hand.
- Extend your arm straight up, holding the dumbbell above your head.
- Bend your elbow and lower the dumbbell behind your head, keeping your upper arm stationary.
- Pause for a moment, then extend your arm back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch to the other arm.
