One-Handed Overhead Tricep Extension – Dumbbell

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Extend your arm straight up, holding the dumbbell above your head.
  3. Bend your elbow and lower the dumbbell behind your head, keeping your upper arm stationary.
  4. Pause for a moment, then extend your arm back up to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch to the other arm.
