One-Handed Lateral Raise – Cable

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
  2. Hold the cable handle in one hand with an overhand grip.
  3. Keep your arm straight and your palm facing down.
  4. Engage your core and maintain a neutral spine.
  5. Exhale and slowly lift your arm out to the side until it reaches shoulder level.
  6. Pause for a moment and squeeze your shoulder muscles.
  7. Inhale and slowly lower your arm back down to the starting position.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
  9. Switch sides and perform the exercise with the other arm.
