Lying Windshield Wiper with Bent Knees

  1. Start by lying flat on your back with your arms extended out to the sides and your palms facing down.
  2. Bend your knees and lift your feet off the ground, keeping your shins parallel to the floor.
  3. Slowly lower your legs to one side, keeping your knees bent and your feet together.
  4. Pause for a moment, then use your core muscles to lift your legs back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement to the other side, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
