Lying Windshield Wiper with Bent Knees
- Start by lying flat on your back with your arms extended out to the sides and your palms facing down.
- Bend your knees and lift your feet off the ground, keeping your shins parallel to the floor.
- Slowly lower your legs to one side, keeping your knees bent and your feet together.
- Pause for a moment, then use your core muscles to lift your legs back to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement to the other side, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
