Leg Extension

  1. Adjust the machine to fit your body and select the appropriate weight.
  2. Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest and your feet or ankle flat against the supporting pad.
  3. Grasp the handles on the side of the machine for stability.
  4. Extend your legs out in front of you until they are parallel to the floor, keeping your feet flexed and your knees slightly bent.
  5. Hold for a moment, then slowly lower the weight back down to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
