Leg Extension
- Adjust the machine to fit your body and select the appropriate weight.
- Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest and your feet or ankle flat against the supporting pad.
- Grasp the handles on the side of the machine for stability.
- Extend your legs out in front of you until they are parallel to the floor, keeping your feet flexed and your knees slightly bent.
- Hold for a moment, then slowly lower the weight back down to the starting position.
- Repeat.
