Kneeling Side Plank
- From a kneeling position on the ground, lean to the right until your right hand or elbow make contact with the ground directly under your right shoulder.
- Your body should form a straight line from your left shoulder (pointing towards the ceiling) to your left knee that stacked on top of the right knee.
- Hold this position, engaging your core, for the desired time.
- Raise back up to a kneeling position and repeat on the other side.
