Kneeling Side Plank

  1. From a kneeling position on the ground, lean to the right until your right hand or elbow make contact with the ground directly under your right shoulder.
  2. Your body should form a straight line from your left shoulder (pointing towards the ceiling) to your left knee that stacked on top of the right knee.
  3. Hold this position, engaging your core, for the desired time.
  4. Raise back up to a kneeling position and repeat on the other side.
