Incline Bench Press – Smith Machine

  1. Adjust the height of the Smith machine bar to a comfortable level for the incline bench press.
  2. Select the desired weight and load it onto the bar.
  3. Lie down on the incline bench and position yourself under the bar.
  4. Grip the bar with a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip and lift it off the rack.
  5. Lower the bar down to your chest while keeping your elbows tucked in.
  6. Push the bar back up to the starting position, keeping your core engaged and your back flat on the bench.
