Hip Adduction – Machine

  1. Adjust the seat height of the hip adduction machine so that your knees are at a 90-degree angle when seated.
  2. Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest and your feet flat on the footrests.
  3. Place your thighs against the thigh pads, just above your knees.
  4. Grasp the handles on the sides of the machine for stability.
  5. Engage your core and squeeze your inner thighs together as you exhale.
  6. Hold the contraction for a second and then slowly release as you inhale.
  7. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
