Hip Abduction – Machine

  1. Adjust the machine to fit your height and leg length.
  2. Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest and your feet on the footrests.
  3. Press your legs outward against the resistance of the machine.
  4. With your knees at their farthest point, hold the weight for a moment before slowly releasing the resistance and returning to the starting position.
  5. Repeat.
