Hack Squat – Machine

  1. Adjust the seat height and foot platform of the machine to your desired position.
  2. Sit on the machine with your back against the pad and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
  3. Engage your core throughout the exercise.
  4. Bend your knees and lower your body down, keeping your back straight and your heels on the foot platform.
  5. Continue descending until your thighs are parallel to the foot platform or as low as your flexibility allows.
  6. Push through your heels and extend your legs to return to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
