Close Grip Seated Row

  1. Adjust the cable machine to the appropriate weight and attach a V-bar handle to the cable.
  2. Sit on the machine with your feet flat on the footrests and your knees slightly bent.
  3. Grasp the V-bar handle with an overhand grip, with your hands close together.
  4. Keep your back straight and your shoulders down and back.
  5. Pull the V-bar handle towards your abdomen, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  6. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
  7. Slowly release the handle back to the starting position.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
