Calf Raise – Machine

  1. Stand on calf raise machine with the balls of your feet on the edge and your heels hanging off.
  2. Slowly raise your heels as high as possible, keeping your knees straight.
  3. Hold the position, then lower your heels back down below the level of the raised surface.
  4. Repeat.
