Cable Curl – Rope

  1. Attach a rope to a low pulley cable machine.
  2. Stand facing the machine with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  3. Grasp the rope with an underhand grip, palms facing each other.
  4. Keep elbows close to your sides and curl the rope towards your shoulders.
  5. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the rope back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
