Box Step-Up
- Stand upright with a platform in front of you, feet hip-width apart. The height of the platform marks the difficult of the exercise.
- Place your right foot on the platform, ensuring your entire foot is on the surface.
- Press through your right foot to lift your body up onto the platform, bringing your left foot to meet your right foot.
- Stand tall on the platform with both feet flat and your core engaged.
- Step back down with your left foot, returning to the floor.
- Follow by stepping down with your right foot, coming back to the starting position.
- Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions before switching to lead with the left foot.
