Torso Rotation Machine

  1. Adjust the seat and chest pad of the machine.
  2. Kneel on the knee pad with your chest against the chest pad.
  3. Grasp the handles with both hands and keep your elbows bent.
  4. Rotate your torso to the left as far as you comfortably can, while keeping your hips and legs stationary.
  5. Pause briefly at the end of the range of motion, then rotate your torso back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat the rotation to the right side, and continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions or time.
