Rotational Throw – Medicine Ball

  1. Start by standing about arms-length away from the wall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a medicine ball with both hands at chest height.
  3. Rotating your core and upper body towards the wall, explosively throw the ball against the wall.
  4. Catch the ball as it rebounds off the wall and rotate your body away from the wall.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps and then switch sides.
