Chest Press – Cable

  1. Adjust the cable machine to chest height and attach the handles to the cables.
  2. Stand facing away from the machine and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
  3. Step forward to create tension in the cables and position your feet shoulder-width apart.
  4. Engage your core and keep your chest up as you push the handles forward until your arms are fully extended.
  5. Hold the position for a moment and then slowly release the handles back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
