Around the World – Kettlebell

  1. Hold the kettlebell in front of your body with arms extended and both hands on the handle.
  2. Move the kettlebell around your body; start by passing it to your right hand and move it behind your back.
  3. Receive the kettlebell with your left hand behind your back, and continue moving it around to the left side and back to the front.
  4. Continue this motion for the desired number of repetitions before switching direction.
Notes

Stay stable and centered as possible. Resisting the sway is a big part of the exercise.
